Being uncomfortable meeting in gyms, which are crowded, noisy and sticking out like a sore thumb, I wanted to try something different. What I have found since joining boot camp is the camaraderie, challenge and working out in an environment that promotes well being and peace of mind. I have found the success I was looking for with this program.

At 43, I have been struggling with my weight and "getting soft" for the past few years - no matter what kind of working out I have tried to do on my own. I have been a "boot-camper" for a couple of weeks to prepare for my upcoming wedding and in that short time I am beginning to see results! I am excited to see how much more progress I will make. I completely enjoy the workouts. I have never enjoyed working out as much as I do with this boot camp.

The Women's Fitness Bootcamp has been a great exercise program for myself and my 2 teenage daughters. All 3 of us have seen an increase in endurance and strength and we have lost weight and inches! The workouts are varied and challenging. We also have a lot of fun, Joe is a great instructor and motivator!
